Under the WHS Risk Control measures and OH&S, CHILDREN are not permitted in the salon due to safety considerations. Potentially dangerous items such as needles, blades, sharp objects & salon beds. Please ensure you are able to find a minder prior to your appointments otherwise we will have to re­ schedule.

IF you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will need to rebook, the cancellation fee applies.

Cash or bank transfer are accepted. EFTPOS is unavailable.

Cancellation policy is 24hrs prior to your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Your appointments are of high importance to Melissa’s Beauty Room. I realise that at times unexpected circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, I require that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance may have a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be 50% of the booked service(s).

Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged.

In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable illness or emergency, no cancellation fee will be charged.

I simply request that you inform me as soon as possible.

Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in the fee stated above and be required to pay on the day or added to your next booking.
